Not understand why this does not work

I am struggling with quality and I found something really odd... this electric furnace is simply not working mentioning that misses ingredients, but actually has some ingredients to strart working!

Steel plate recipe takes 5 iron plates. It has 4 plates and is still waiting for another 1 to be able to start crafting.

Yep. Bricks run like this too, but it's less noticeable because it's a 2 item recipe.
