[2.0.69] Programmable speaker settings is reset after quality upgrade

How to reproduce:

Set up programmable speaker, connect it to some combinator and set some settings: sound setting or show alert options.
Create upgrade planner to replace normal quality speaker with legendary.
Apply this upgrade planner.
After that all settings except Circuit Connection Settings will be reset.

Also works if you simply put legendary speaker over normal one or vice versa.
May work with other quality changes as well - I didn't test it.
