Let's say we have a train with schedule Stop 1, Stop 2, Stop 3. If the train is headed to Stop 2 and then Stop 1 is deleted from the schedule the train will change it's destination to Stop 3, instead of proceeding to Stop 2 as planned.
Edit: Forgot to mention - this happens in 0.11.14.

I'm sorry but I wasn't able to reproduce it, if you can give me some small map or video where you can reproduce it I can take a look at it.

I made a quick demonstration in the map editor.
The schedule is set to 1 -> 2 -> 3. Put the fuel in the train, remove the signal (or the wagon), set the train to go to station 2 (on the right), then delete station 1 from the schedule while the train is moving. The locomotive will end up on the left (station 3).
