[2.0.68] Unable to remove tiles under remnants

I had some captive biter nests over landfill that I decided to remove. After shooting the nests, I found myself unable to remove the landfills underneath. Not only that, the landfills under the spawned biter corpses can no longer be removed either.

Also, in the editor, I had a laser turret destroyed by railgun friendly fire and found myself unable to remove the space platform it used to occupy.

I remember doing the same before and working so I'm reporting the behavior as a bug.

This was noticed Friday last week and will be fixed in the next release.
