What did you do?
1. Placed an underground belt entrance and exit in-line.
2. Created a blueprint of this
3. In the "set up new blueprint" screen or opening the blueprint after saving I selected "upgrade items and entities in blueprint" and "default upgrade"
What happened?

Re: [boskid][2.0.68] Upgrade Planner replaces underground belt exit with entrances
Thanks for the report. Issue is now fixed for 2.0.69.
Re: [boskid][2.0.68] Upgrade Planner replaces underground belt exit with entrances
@boskid has this also been fixed for Deconstruct and then undo? The same issue occurs then.
Re: [boskid][2.0.68] Upgrade Planner replaces underground belt exit with entrances
I was still on 2.0.67. I upgraded to 2.0.68 and now starting factorio causes an OS freeze and crash. I've opened a different ticket.
