What happened?
A crashed occurred when I was editing a constant combinator's text input.
I've attached the log and crash dump.

What did you do?
From the callstack, it seems like a pure UI issue and unrelated to the setup but nevertheless, here's what I was doing (recreated in the map editor)

I was experimenting with circuit networks and was testing if it was somehow possible to modify a logistic group using signals (which I realize now is not possible).

I had a combinator with a single group that was used on a space platform:

- I added the item with the default value (1)
- clicked on it again to change the value
- selected the value using the mouse
- the crash occured as I was typing the new value.

Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
The crash only happened once. After the crash, I re-joined the game and tried the same thing again but it did not crash.
I reproduced the setup in the editor and tried multiple times but could not reproduce the crash.

Extra infos
  • it was during a multiplayer game with another player (and I was not the host)
  • we have a pretty big latency
  • mods being used:

Thanks for the report. It looks like this might be an engine issue - however without a way to reproduce it I can't be sure. If you ever do figure out how it happened and can make it happen again please let us know.

Actually I was able to figure out the underlying issue and it's now fixed for the next release.
