[2.0.66] Personal bots recharge in the wrong place when in a train on elevated rails

When riding a train across a section of ghost elevated rails to build them with my personal robots, I noticed that the bots were recharging "under" the train I was in, rather than at the correct height for elevated rails.
It seems like they're in the position that would be expected if I was on the ground in line with the support.
