TL;DR
Make turret range easier to distinguish from other overlays when building.What?
Sometimes it's hard to see how far newly-placed turret will reach.Possible solutions I would accept:
1. Make range of the turret-you're-building less transparent.
2. Add solid black border to the range for actively placed turret - kinda similar to what some high-contrast websites offer?
3. Add an option to disable feature introduced in 2.0.48 viewtopic.php?t=116572
Why?
Maybe I am missing better quality eyes, but...Turret range is too subtle when building new turret. When you try to build new turret where there is a lot of existing turrets you basically cannot see how far it would reach on Nauvis (and Gleba?). Combine that with remote view and roboports overlay you are even more screwed.

For comparison: it's not a problem on ships. I guess it's because there's plain black background and no roboports?
