Silo not requesting from logistics network

I have my silo set to automatic requests, and my platform has the request set to the correct planet, and the item is available, but despite the rocket request, nothing. (if it matters im doing this to send processing units to my platform from Fulgora.)

Your platform is not in automatic mode. I think that's the problem.
You need to set the schedule for the planet you are loading + a wait condition (for example wait 30 seconds)

And why is processing unit in red in the requests?

So it turns out that you have to have a full shipment in logistics available to send anything using an automated request, so if you have, say, 200 processing units and are requesting 300 units, you need to wait until you have all 300 available for the silo to request it.

Yes, otherwise the silo would get blocked by the half-filled request, which could take hours as far as it knows. Silos never launch partially loaded rockets in automatic mode.
