Agriculture Tower Pre-Mined Event not Found?

Is "defines.events.on_tower_pre_mined_plant" in 2.0.60 or is that still in beta?

I get an error saying: "an event or table is required" when I try to use it.

It would also be nice to see what events/prototypes are in beta currently since the wiki doesn't seem to list that.

At the top right of https://lua-api.factorio.com/latest/ there is a version selector. You can use it to select the Factorio version you want to use. If you want to always have the docs for the stable version, you can also use https://lua-api.factorio.com/stable/ to automatically have the stable version selected.
