Been away from the game for a while, started a new game, built a spacecraft. Requested item to be requested from the planet, But the requests from the spaceship also automatically adjusted my personal requests, to that of the ship. With ships added the request affect all requests on every ship, and personal logistical requests. Would like to know if there is still a away to have separate logistical requests, per ship, and character logistical requests.

You can have multiple Sections in your logistic configuration. Add a new one with the "Add Section" button They dont need a name. They can also be deactivated with the checkbox on the left.
If you click on any of the little pen icons, you can manage/select all groups. play around with them to get a hang of it

You might find it helpful to review the overview of logistic groups from the FFF https://www.factorio.com/blog/post/fff-382
As described in the FFF, if you modify a named logistic group, that change shows up everywhere that group is used, whether in your personal logistics, a platform request, a landing pad request, a requester chest, the change applies anywhere it is used.
I used pairs of groups for my space platforms, Gleba pick up and Gleba delivery, Vulcanus pick up and Vulcanus delivery, and so on.

For a request from your space platform to affect your personal logistics, as far as I know, it would have been through a shared named logistic group, or a mod. Hopefully this helps you sort out your requests.
