Essentially:
1. Typing in a name identical to an existing logistic group uses that group, instead of creating a new one with the same name
2. There is no existing way to search through logistic groups (and it's awful when you have many to find the right one)
3. The name box could act as a search box instead, limiting the list underneath the typed name to those that match, while still letting you enter a new name
Didn't appear to be an existing suggestion filed for it. Probably could be done with a UI mod, but not actually sure how UI mods work, so, IDK.
Logistic group name box should be a search box

Huh, you're absolutely right there. I guess this does make what I'm asking for more of a minor QOL thing than a useful feature.

How do you input pictures into that search boxes? You can name any station with a string of pictures yet you can't search for such.Klonan wrote: Thu Aug 07, 2025 6:13 am There is the search box in the top right of the popup window, same as with train stops and such

Rich Text labels are simple [bracket-enclosed] Tags that you can Copy-Paste into a Notepad; or do a "partial match" against the internal Entity Name: Searching "ore" returns [entity=item-request-proxy][item=copper-ore], as well as iron-ore and uranium-ore.Shirasik wrote: Thu Aug 14, 2025 1:31 pmHow do you input pictures into that search boxes? Good Luck!
