Angel's Addons - Storage Options + Warehouse Extention do not yet run under 2.X.
When will the mods be updated or is there a new mod to replace them?
If so, how can I replace the mods without losing all my resources?

Angels is currently ported to 2.0, but only on GitHub (repo: Arch666Angel/mods) on the dev2.0 branch. It's also rather experimental, so it may have some problems.
