"Station not full" condition problem

In my schedule i have interrupt that say "copper depo is not full" and it turns green which means that the station is empty which it doesn't as you can see from the image

Copper Depot is written white in the map. So it's not full.
I think you did not set a train limit at copper station.

now i set train limit for both stations to 5 (for my trains) and it is quarter green

I think i didn't understood the train limit enough anyway the problem fixed

train limit

Limits how many trains can schedule their movement towards the station at the moment.
Counter includes train waiting (for waiting conditions to be fulfilled) at the station and every train that already scheduled its movement to the station. Counter NOT includes train that standing at the station when waiting conditions are met (so train is considered as departed) but next station doesn't allow for scheduling towards them.
