Fulgora storm coverage overview

It would be really nice if there was a possibility to see the blue storm coverage, that one can see when hovering over a placed Lightning rod/Lightning collector, also on the map overview. Maybe this could be done by toggling the Pollution button or the Turret coverage button, since there is no pollution and there are no aliens on Fulgora anyways.

that probably the most duplicate feature request I ever saw on this forum

opposed to many other requests, this should be quite easy to implement without real downsides, I think - one could either show this when turret coverage is on or create a new toggle switch.
