[Kovarex] [2.0.63] Dragging forward and back with smart belt over existing belt fails to remove all belt

When dragging forward and back over existing belt, one tile after the existing belt doesn't get removed.

Expected behavior is for all newly placed belt to be removed.

I am going to trash this bug report (by moving to wont fix) given that it describes a bug in a feature from 2.0.61 that got reverted in 2.0.66.
