[Rseding91] [2.0.62] Cannot configure Display Panel connected to circuit network

I created a new Display Panel to use as an automated display for circuit network contents. I connected the panel to the network, and then tried to setup some display conditions. Unfortunately, clicking any of the buttons in the conditions UI (icon, label, or any of the 3 buttons in the condition definition) is broken. They either do nothing, or cause a selector window to open for a fraction of a second before it closes again.

I would expect that the selector window opens and I can configure the conditions correctly. This issue happens every time, making it impossible to configure the panel. However, it works correctly in editor mode - hence one possible workaround is to configure the panel in editor mode and copy it back as a blueprint.

Mods: I am playing with a few simple graphical and QoL mods; nothing that should affect Display Panels stands out.

The issue does not reproduce after reverting Factorio to 2.0.60. Could it be caused by viewtopic.php?p=677570#p677570?
