Just as simple as the title says, I installed factorio through steam, and factorio through the aur, and it just won't work. I can Paste (Ctrl-V) or click the paste button in standalone factorio, but it won't work in the steam version, and I have no idea why. I don't know if there are any logs that can be fetched from the steam version to help debug the issue.
