Just saw on reddit someone trying to take out a worm with nuclear reactors. It failed because a large portion of them are deleted by lava generation without exploding.
This shouldn't be too hard to implement but would create a lot of lolz value and improve the nuke-terraforming experience through better lava pit shaping.

Re: Hot nuclear reactors removed by lava should explode
For a reactor to explode on death it has to be over ~900C
Re: Hot nuclear reactors removed by lava should explode
Let me clarify: they have 2xn grids of tightly packed reactors, all above 900C. When the first one gets eaten by a Vulcanus worm, it exploded creating a large lava pit. As a result, all other hot reactors intersecting the lava pit got deleted instantly and didn't explode. The worm survived.computeraddict wrote: Thu Jul 24, 2025 1:46 pm For a reactor to explode on death it has to be over ~900C
