Is there a way to balance Bob's Electronics with other mods?

Hi everyone, I'm playing Bob's Mods, and I find Bob's Electronics quite strong compared to other expansion mods. Has anyone tried tweaking or balancing it? I'd like to see how people have adjusted it to make the game more balanced while still keeping it challenging. Thanks in advance!
