Option to harvest damaged trees only for agricultural tower

I would like to use agricultural towers for decoration purposes and to clean up pollution at my Nauvis base. Therefore, I need a way to harvest dead trees only to keep pollution consumption levels at maximum without producing too many logs as a byproduct, and fields of full grown trees looks much better than young ones. So I need a new feature in agricultural tower like "harvest dead trees only".

I was looking for this too. It drove me to make a mod to provide this feature, plus other improvements to the agricultural tower. I just started yesterday, so nothing's ready yet, just thought I'd share.
