Gleba Jupyter Notebook

Hello,

I was really struggling with Gleba, so I've decided to code myself a helper. This Jupyter Notebook takes desired SPM and outputs a set of stations needed to deploy to achieve it.

It could use more testing (and features), but I got a working 1200 SPM design out of it.

If you're a complete beginner, start from the top. If not, start from the bottom.
