[2.0.60] Coal does not spawn outside the starting area on Vulcanus under certain settings

I was creating a new world in Space Age, and when I adjusted the Vulcanus settings, I noticed I could increase the number of lava lakes. For the sake of experimentation, I set the "Vulcanus Volcanism" slider to the maximum.

The result was as expected — lava lakes of monstrous size. However, after entering the world and exploring for a while, I noticed that something was missing. After scouting the map further, I realized that coal does not spawn anywhere outside the starting area. Tungsten, calcite, and sulfuric acid geysers all generate correctly — but there is no coal at all beyond the initial patch.

I tried increasing all three coal generation settings — frequency, size, and richness — to 600%, but that did not help either.

After some testing, the bug seems to occur when lava coverage exceeds ~200%, making it impossible for coal to spawn outside the starting zone.

Thanks for the report however I don’t consider this worth changing. This is a classic case of “just don’t do that”
