[Linux] Comply with the XDG directory standard

I wanted to mention that editing data directory game uses as a user is not a good solution, especially for a Steam user. Steam Cloud for Factorio is set to only save ~/.factorio/saves (https://steamdb.info/app/427520/ufs/), so tinkering the game to use ~/.local/share/factorio will break Steam Cloud saving
