[2.0.55] Tile ghosts over landfill ghost hide both in map view

1. I force-built concrete over water and noticed it is not appearing in map view at all. In radar coverage provided by the player.
2. Tile ghosts over landfill type ghosts hide both from map view (zoomed out) while individually landfill ghosts on water and concrete ghosts on built landfill show up as purple pixels. They remain hidden with or without active radar coverage.
3. Tile ghosts are expected to appear on map view (zoomed out) when they are over landfill ghosts.
4. Happens on any water tiles and landfill types - Nauvis, Gleba, Fulgora, Aquilo
