Crash applying blueprint to space platform

I had a space platform that I was updating by applying a new design through a blueprint. The game crashed when the platform started to build. I was given the error "The operation was not completed because an unexpected host ID was encountered". That looks like something from MS teams though and I'm not sure if it was related. log file attached.
