Unfulfilled conditions in yellow

TL;DR
In Train and Platform schedules, show unfulfilled conditions with a yellow progress bar instead of green

What?
Inspired by this reddit post where the user was confused by why his platform wasn't moving, someone suggested having them in yellow instead of green, like so:

Why?
I see this issue happen a lot and this would be of great help to see at a glance where the problem lies, and would probably be simple to implement
