[2.0.55] Logistics Networks display negative amounts in network

On Gleba, when reading the logistics network content it displays negative amounts in network for Seeds above basic quality.

Expected behavior: Not displaying the item when there is none in the network, tbh.

How it happens: no idea. But it can be read easily via the roboports, which i want to use as set requests and substract content in network.
