[2.0.55] Prometheum science pack description inconsistent

[2.0.55] Prometheum science pack description inconsistent

All the other science packs have the description "Used by labs for research." (except space science which has a longer one). This description is missing for prometheum science pack. Very minor.

Ok, i added a most generic description to match other science packs.
