Nintendo Switch 2 - Mouse Support

As announced in today Nintendo Switch 2 Direct, the Nintendo Switch 2 will have a mouse feature on the controller.
Will you add support for the feature?

But so far we don't have access to the development environment and no information from Nintendo.

Since the console has already been released, I also would like switch 2 update with mouse update and Space Age DLC of course =)

No updates. Nintendo has not given us access to the development environment yet.
General access for third party developers is not open(with some exceptions).

Super frustrating that Nintendo hasn't reached out to you yet (or maybe they have and you can't say yet due to their secrecy). Either way, it's not great for anyone involved for them to be like this, unfortunately. Hoping that a Switch 2 enhanced version does come about eventually. Mouse support would make me a 100x more likely to play the Switch version than I am today since that's the biggest hangup for me switching (no pun intended ) between the PC/Mac version and the Switch version.

Speaking of mouse support -- I know that there are titles in the e-shop that allow for use of USB keyboards (https://www.nintendo.com/us/store/produ ... -4-switch/, for example). Does the Switch 1 SDK also allow for use of USB mice if connected? Would be pretty neat to have the option, though I know it's a long shot.

The original Switch version already supports USB mouse and keyboard. Just plug them in and change the input method in the Control settings. This way it plays the same as on PC.
