Save games always compatible with new experimental updates?
I've switched to enabling experimental updates now and started a new game. Great!. Half way through it's prompting me to upgrade again. Should I?

Yup. Saves are compatible quite far backwards(I think back to 0.7?)

For the 0.11 versions. When you want to update from 0.2 you need to load the map in 0.10.x or earlierFishSandwich wrote:Yup. Saves are compatible quite far backwards(I think back to 0.7?)
Read the changelogs. The devs will hopefully leave a note there if it's not compatible and you can always make a backup of your save.Gregorovitch wrote:I've switched to enabling experimental updates now and started a new game. Great!. Half way through it's prompting me to upgrade again. Should I?

Look for "Disabled loading of saves".
For 0.11 you need to look into the forum.
