(2.0.47) my game wont lunch fully do to files not working help

i just got the game and when a started it i got this error "Failed to load mods: File __base__/graphics/entity/legacy-straight-rail/legacy-straight-rail-diagonal-right-bottom-stone-path-background-remnants.png not found" and i have tried to fix it with things from the forums and from reddit but nothing has been working
