[kovarex] [2.0.50] smart belt bug#0004 missing notification for max length, and / or screwed up smarting

gernerally speaking, i am not sure what i would expect to happen. for some reason it does not play the sound / display the notification that the underground would be too long, or that the splitter would be in the way, which i assume is the reason that it doesnt place?
