Display "Last user" tag above a containers contents in entity tooltip window

Currently the "Last user" tag in the entity tooltips window is displayed as the second to last item just above health. This is very inconvenient when you use the "Entity tooltip on the side" feature in the interface settings since for containers with many different items like the space platform cargo hub this means it often gets rendered below the bottom of the screen and is thereby invisible. To be able to see that tag again I have to temporarily disable the "Entity tooltip on the side" feature and re-enable it again afterwards.
I play a lot on a completely vanilla public Factorio server and the last user tag is one of the quickest ways to find griefers and then ban them. Since I cannot see the last user tag on space platforms with my preferred playing interface I have to keep switching that interface setting off and on every time someone griefs a space platform by sending it to the solar system edge and that extra time often ensures that its no longer possible to save the ship. If the last user tag could be rendered above the contents of a container it would make moderating public vanilla Factorio servers easier.

+1, even with scrolling it doesn't make sense to put it at the bottom.
