I'm getting the following error when trying to load my save from the main menu either through the "Continue" button or "Single Player" -> "Load game"

Corrupt map. Unknown decorative ID: 42752.
I have one mod installed: Rate Calculator 3.3.6. Last time I successfully loaded that save was yesterday (May 6). Three autosaves directly preceding this save, spaced 5 min apart are failing to load with the same error.

Here are the log file, the corrupt save and a screenshot of 4 saves. Please let me know if I can provide any extra information.

I just realized I posted it in Technical Help instead of Bug Report. Apologies for the mistake.
I can delete this one and repost there, unless this one can be moved instead to avoid the spam.

No, unless you can reproduce the corruption from a non corrupted save there is nothing suggesting a bug. You also have a raptor lake cpu, so chances are it is failing.

I saw the responses to viewtopic.php?p=666212#p666212 and was hoping it's caused by a similar pattern of issue that boskid found there. It was similarly initially assumed to be a hardware issue.

I'm not sure what the steps to reproduce were in that case, but it seemed to be related to blueprints. I can poke around to see what I can learn.

I see there's many other threads like this, and 99% are hardware related. That thread I found seems to be an exception, so unlikely mine is too.

I'll mess around for a while in denial and start over

This looks like yet another case of a memory corruption, one chunk on fulgora had 2 decoratives from which first one was corrupted.

A fixed save file where i just deleted all decoratives on the affected chunk:

I appreciate you taking the time to manually fix the save, especially that you did it on Saturday.
The corruption was caused by factor out of your control and you still helped. Thank you.

While I haven't experienced any other hardware symptoms yet, I know that grinding a game for hundreds of hours teases the 1% failures to come out.
A couple days ago Intel released new microcode to mitigate the Vmin Shift Instabilty issue, maybe that'll help. I'll back up the saves to cloud in the meantime.

My game crashed playing today. I assume this is related to the CPU issues, but I figured I'll post the log in case it helps anyone
