is there any chance to get a character with more health? how?

If this is not possible, maybe it should be removed?

Player Quality is not (normally) available in the Base Game.

However, like most things in Factorio, There is a Mod for That.

You can't get a character of higher quality than normal. However there are mods that add such a system.
Ukrainian player of Factorio + Space Age DLC :space-age:
130+ hours of Factorio on Steam.
Completed the game, not aware of spoilers.
