A Mod For Free Camera Control

I'm looking to make screensavers or screensaver-like videos. I want to slowly pan across the world, just like when a new game starts and the camera pans slowly towards the players ship. When I just use WASD right now, it moves way too fast. If I use /c game.speed, it is super chunky movement, not smooth.

I just keep getting "Unknown command" over and over when I try and use /cutscene
