[Pard] [2.0.43] Foundry entry in Factoriopedia misleading about productivity

In the entry it says this exactly:

Base productivity: 50%

For a while I thought this meant that the Foundry had a base productivity of one half. I was surprised then when I finally discovered that it was actually 150%.

If you hover over the building, it shows the productivity correctly as "+50%".

I propose adding a plus sign in the Factoriopedia entry to avoid confusion.
