Allow renaming targets in train schedules

What?

Allow renaming(changing) target stations in train schedules.

Why?

The target station is not changeable after it is set. If I want to change it, I will need to make a new target station and set all conditions accordingly. The snapshot is a train interrupt, regular train stop schedules are the same.
Adding a renaming feature makes these much straightforward.
I also made another suggestion that can partly remedie this issue, and has its own use: add new train station, copy/paste condition.
