Thusters create Heat

I can see balance wise why heat wasn't produced naturally from thrusters, but it just seems like a really natural form of heat generation for space travel. I'd like to propose heat as an additional byproduct to vanilla thrusters, and maybe tying this into overheating for balancing purposes.
