Add ESC key reaction to Notice with "No new updates available" window

I am describing my experience on Linux native client 2.0.43.

Currently, every button in the main game panel, opens a menu which can be closed using ESC key. Every submenu have the same behaviour. For example, About submenu can be closed using ESC, and all its children can be closed using ESC also.

There is one exception - Check for updates button and subsequent "Notice" window. This one, a window titled Notice with "No new updates available" message, doesn't get closed by ESC, only Left mouse click.

To make it consistent with everything else, please add reaction to ESC key to this "Notice" window.
