Additional Star Map Anchors

I've noticed a bunch of people trying to, or actually adding separate star systems via use of planets acting as the 'star' of the new system. My request is thus:

- Allow the definition of new 'Anchors' (Stars) at arbitrary locations
- Allow zooming in/out on the star map, where the 'anchors' would have a minimum size but the planets eventually fade out
- Have the location when the star map is opened on the 'anchor' the surface the player is on currently belongs to, and zoomed to include only the connections and bodies ultimately connected to that 'anchor' (and an event when this happens to potentially adjust the zoom / location of the star map camera)
