[2.0.43] Incorrect resource generation on Vulcanus at 17% frequency

I use 17% frequency, 600/600 size and richness, for all resources.

Works well on Nauvis, on Vulcanus with these settings there are tons of Calcite and Sulphuric patches, but very few Tungsten and Coal patches, I had to reveal the map with 4000 radius just to find a few:

Thanks for the report however I don't consider this a bug. It works, but you dislike how it works - is not a bug. If you dislike how it works, don't do that.

You can check how it works on Nauvis, large patches, evenly distributed, means less train stations.
There is a problem on Vulcanus, here is a comparison between Calcite and Tungsten, 3800 radius revealed:

I also think it is not a bug. Ore patches have biome restrictions which can further reduce the frequency, see 118851.
