Crash at boot

Hey,

I tried to peruse the already existing posts, I didn't see anything in my search but that doesn't mean I couldn't have missed it.

If the devs and players are not already aware there may be some issues launching factorio if you have the ROG GPU tweak software installed and running. It may be my system admittedly, this is far from the only issue I've run in to with a new mobo and core hardware setup. Still, I have in my system directly linked my ability to launch the game without a random d3d crash in the log file to whether or not I have the GPU tweak software running. If I forget to turn it off it will crash before the menu, then I exit the tweak software and the game will immediately launch without issue.
