Decider combinator has output with nothing connected
Decider combinator has output with nothing connected
In [2.0.43] when trying to debug my backup power there was a problem with how the decider combinator was working. So I disconnect any red/green wires from both the input and outputs. The decider combinator still shows as having true conditions and an output.

The condition is true though and the fact that nothing is connected to it does not change that it sends the output signal.
