[Genhis][2.0.20] Platform is stuck in Aquilo orbit waiting for rocket to arrive, silo on Aquilo is frozen.

What did you do?
- My Aquilo ship was on schedule to pick up Aquilo science, but the base there froze before the ship arrived there. Silo on Aquilo was in manual mode and was preloaded with science with inserters. Ship had a request of 2K of Aquilo science packs.

What happened?
- When I noticed the ship is taking too long to load the science, I tried to manually send it to another planet, but it did not work, the ship will not react to any command while displaying status "Waiting for rocket to arrive". No amount of changing schedules, interrupts or silo settings will make the ship move.

What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!
- I expected ship will not wait for the rocket from the frozen silo to arrive, cause it will not arrive unless I build another Aquilo capable ship and rescued the base and my first ship. This is not optimal, considering I have a perfect ship right there already, it's just stuck waiting for a rocket that will never come.

Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
- First time that it happened. Still no workaround found by me.

Thanks for reporting this issue, it is fixed for 2.0.23. Frozen rocket silos won't be valid launch candidates and scheduled rocket launches will be cancelled if they didn't progress far enough.

I've had this bug recently, it can still happen. I had multiple rocket silos ready to launch on Aquilo, but since some of them were frozen, nothing was launching at all. Even though the platform had multiple "available in rocket silos".

If you have a save file showing the issue (pre freezing) please make a new report with it.
