Allow pulling items from cargo bays

Allow pulling items from cargo bays

You can already click on it and see the cargo contents, why not let us pull from it? Setting a max size on cargo bay multiblocks is an option if exploiting is a concern.

Being unable to do this was unexpected when I first encountered it, but I don't mind having to manage the input/output space around hubs and landing pads.

The issue is Teleportation speed and getting around the “no Chests on Platforms” rule; not Max Size.
