Copied the following questions from the instructions on writing bug reports:
What did you do?
- Started the game whilst connected to a VPN
- Started hosting a server
What happened?
- Receive a warning message upon entering the game:
"Failed to determine external IP address. Other players might not be able to connect" - see attached screenshot
- At this point, I disabled the VPN, as I have received this error many times, and connected it to the VPN being active. Indeed, it seems like other players can't connect when I receive this message
- Quit the game from the game menu
- At this point, the game goes unresponsive, and Windows offers to close it after a while. It doesn't seem like waiting a period resolves it.
What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!
I expected the game to quit without issue. I'm not sure what I expect to happen behind the scenes when I disconnect a VPN whilst hosting, but I don't think it should cause the game to go unresponsive like this.
Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
This occurs every time I follow the above steps.

Re: [2.0.21] Freeze on quit after switching off VPN whilst hosting
Thanks for the report. I went to look into this and ran into a slight issue: I have no way to reproduce this and am not too keen on paying for a VPN to try to debug this. Do you know of any way I can reproduce this (without paying for a VPN?)
If you want to get ahold of me I'm almost always on Discord.
