[2.0.42] Mining drill throughput depends on module insertion time

Hello!
Ive added a video of a miner filling half a belt with 120/s mining speed. You can see that the belt is fully saturated (16 items dont flicker)
Then i took modules out of a miner and put them back in and an amount of items on a belt started flickering from 16 to 12
Then i did that again a few times and throughput got back to 120/s
I assume it has something do to with productivity messing up with an amount of ore in the miner, but i may be wrong
