Search with the words out of order

Feature request: The overview search should work even if individual words are out of order.

For example, if I search for assembly machines making cargo bays, it should find them whether I type "cargo bay" or "bay cargo".

This would work together nicely with my other feature request:

Search assembly machines, etc. by quality of recipe

Then it wouldn't matter whether I type in "legendary cargo bay", or "cargo bay legendary", or "bay legendary cargo", or whatever.

There are cases where this would be very handy. There are also cases (thinking of modded games here) where you want only and exactly what you typed. Maybe a toggle for exact match?

In search engines that's usually done by putting quotes around the item.

It could also be handled by listing exact matches first, and less-exact matches afterwards.

Does this work if fuzzy searching is enabled?
